As a multifaceted agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a positive image of the residence by participating in cleaning and upkeep, ensuring the cleanliness of floors, windows, and dishes. You will also be responsible for laundry services for the residence and residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting residents and visitors, handling mail and phone calls, and accompanying residents with administrative tasks to ensure a high level of service.
