About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at AG2R LA MONDIALE. As a Sales Consultant for Private Clients, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and building relationships with our clients to promote our insurance and retirement products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service
- Contribute to the development of new sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the insurance and retirement sector
- Strong understanding of insurance and retirement products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
