Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cryptocurrency Partnerships Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the cryptocurrency industry.

The Role

You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with KOLs to drive trading volume and enhance brand visibility. This will involve identifying, recruiting, and onboarding influential KOLs, traders, and community leaders to promote our exchange platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase trading volume through KOL partnerships and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling campaigns and content tailored for KOL audiences.
• Organize and host webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other events with KOLs to educate and engage the community.
• Monitor and analyze the impact of KOL activities on trading volume and user acquisition, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adapt KOL strategies accordingly.

Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing within the cryptocurrency industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing KOL relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as fantastic work culture and strong opportunities to progress your career.
