About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Ancient Gaming. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention for our market-leading products, CSGORoll and HypeDrop.

As a data-driven leader, you will utilize analytics to measure the performance of brand initiatives and ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS) and other key performance metrics. You will also oversee the development of innovative campaigns that keep our products at the forefront of their industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and evolve the voice of Ancient Gaming's brand portfolio
  • Develop and execute creative, data-driven brand strategies
  • Collaborate with the CEO to translate the company vision into actionable marketing strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading marketing/brand in a fast-paced, disruptive market
  • Extensive experience managing cross-functional marketing teams
  • Strong people management skills and ability to handle underperformance
  • Demonstrable experience building and executing brand strategies that drive market share, customer engagement, and long-term growth
