We are currently enhancing our workforce to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and are seeking a Lift Maintenance Technician (M/F).

Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our after-sales support team, your contributions will be essential in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary duties will encompass the preventive and corrective maintenance of a diverse fleet of elevators across various technologies and brands, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and dependability of our systems.

This multifaceted role will provide you with the opportunity to develop and refine your expertise in electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.

Your Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting preventive maintenance tasks such as inspections, adjustments, and cleaning
  • Diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions, including the replacement of minor components
  • Independently organizing your schedule in accordance with maintenance contracts and urgent interventions
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety of installations and your work environment
  • Strictly adhering to safety protocols during all interventions
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency responses, with approximately 10 to 12 on-call duties annually

Working Conditions and Benefits

  • Permanent full-time contract (36 hours) from Monday to Friday (daytime hours)
  • Overtime compensation / 7 additional days off per year
  • 13-month salary structure
  • Mobile role (no overnight travel), primarily within designated regions
  • On-call duty every 6 weeks (fixed financial compensation for each on-call period plus additional payment for interventions, including travel)
  • Comprehensive training provided by the company (16 weeks), accommodating all experience levels, followed by a collaborative training phase

Salary Range: 27,000 euros annually (gross) (based on experience)

Candidate Profile
  • Degree or training in electrical engineering and/or electromechanics, with a strong interest in technical fields
  • No specific certification required; training will be provided
  • Valid Driver's License B
  • Key Attributes: strong communication skills, customer service orientation, punctuality, attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork
