Transdev Services Partagés is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Management Apprentice to join our team in Caluire et Cuire, France.
As part of this role, you will gain valuable experience in managing payroll data, processing payments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated student currently pursuing a Bac+3 in payroll management, holding at least a Bac+2 diploma.
Ideal Work-Study Rhythm:
- 4 days per week dedicated to on-the-job training with Transdev Services Partagés
- 1 day per week dedicated to academic studies
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing payroll data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to the processing of employee payments, ensuring timely and correct disbursements.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with relevant payroll regulations and legal requirements.
- Develop strong communication skills by interacting with clients and addressing their payroll inquiries.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
