Position Overview
The role involves overseeing the industrial engineering functions for the Cockpit-Vision product line. This position is crucial for ensuring that all engineering activities align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage industrial engineering initiatives related to the Cockpit-Vision product family.
- Facilitate both internal and external industrialization processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Supervise the transfer of industrial operations and manage any crises that may arise.
- Ensure that all activities comply with industrial engineering principles and specific guidelines set forth by the COI.
- Establish and maintain a tailored business framework for the COI.
- Lead initiatives related to Industry 4.0, manage urbanization efforts, and propose innovative industrial research and technology projects.
- Enhance industrial engineering processes through optimizations in tooling, methodologies, and workflows.
