About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer Intern to join our team in the Corporate and M&A Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the management of the holding company's social life and the preparation of its universal registration document
- Participating in restructuring operations, high-level transactions, company creations, investments, and other activities within the CDA group
- Assisting with the management of the social life of the various legal entities within the group
- Participating in M&A projects and drafting all related documentation
- Conducting regular legal monitoring on matters related to the Corporate and M&A Department
- Developing and implementing internal tools for tracking subsidiaries and participations within the group
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Business Law or a related field. Previous experience in Corporate and M&A is highly desirable. You should be able to demonstrate:
- Rigor, autonomy, and reactivity
- Organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language skills
