Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Grid Connection Package Manager to join our team at Aventa Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the grid connection project manager in offshore-related operations and reporting.
  • Liaise with RTE, EPCI, and other departments within LEMS to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Review and prepare proximity agreements, PtW documentation, and MCP – Marine Coordination Plan.
  • Participate in daily Simops calls and review 7DLA and 8WLA schedules.
  • Manage CMD and coordinate offshore operations with RTE and internal teams.
  • Lead techno-contractual aspects of offshore operations and review installation procedures.
Agreements and Negotiation
  • Coordinate agreements needed for the good operation of the WF and its connection.
  • Manage possible RFQs for side contracts and assess profitability and risks.
  • Provide input and support related to techno-contractual interfaces.
QA/QC and Commissioning
  • Coordinate internal and external companies for FAT, HAT, and SAT on RTE key equipment.
  • Lead or be involved in the take-over process for the connection.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to ensure continuous communication between the Client and the Service Provider.
