Job Overview

AFTRAL, a leading provider of professional transport-logistics training, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Prospect new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and networking skills to identify potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring timely and effective delivery of our training services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transport and logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Knowledge of the regional territory and industry regulations, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales performance
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
