Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Services Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and continuous improvement of closures for all business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Revenue Management Services Team to supervise sales administration and ensure the smooth running of closures for all business units.
  • Implement and maintain processes, methods, and tools to ensure continuous improvement and lead corrective actions with CTO/IT support.
  • Ensure that processes are understood and followed by the team, lead weekly operational meetings, and bring support to the team with their daily tasks.
  • Participate in the implementation of Netsuite (ERP) and the process definition for the RMS team.
  • Report progress of the closure cycle, daily or specific issues, improvement ideas, and report about the RMS team to the CFO.
Requirements
  • Graduated with a 2-year degree in commerce/management/administration/finance and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position including team management or in an IT services company.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) as you will be dealing with English speakers on a regular basis.
  • Ideal experience in sales administration in an IT services company or with a software editor.
  • As a manager, you know how to adapt and take the time to help your team resolve situations and improve.
  • You enjoy problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Your rigor and organizational skills will be your greatest assets in this role.
  • You like figures and you're not at all afraid to immerse yourself in analysis or reporting.
  • You're enthusiastic, committed, and a good communicator.
