Award-winning ATR is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tax Assistant Intern to join our team in the Tax and Customs Department. As a Tax Assistant Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a market-leading company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on international tax issues, including permanent establishment, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.
- Monitor and update transfer pricing documentation and associated returns.
- Stay up-to-date with new regulations, such as e-invoicing.
- Draft tax terms in contracts, including sales and purchases.
- Participate in the production of returns, including VAT and DAS2.
- Carry out ongoing tax monitoring, including tax regulations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Tax Law or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional level of English and French.
