Senior Data Analyst – Audience Insights

About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst within Ubisoft's Audience Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in understanding and describing player behavior across various perspectives. Your mission will be to analyze the entire database, providing a granular view of player behavior within Ubisoft titles, brands, or the entire gaming ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and provide in-depth analyses using Python, SQL, and Tableau to support business decision-making.
- Analyze consumer data, share knowledge, and deliver strategic recommendations to various teams.
- Develop and maintain standard audiences for Ubisoft, brands, and games.
- Identify key metrics to create audiences, track their evolution, and measure business impact.
- Create consumer segments and analyze their behavior.
- Design tailored visualizations to communicate insights from analyses.
- Gather business needs and translate them into analytical projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, understanding their brand context, marketing objectives, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with CRM and media teams, proposing suitable approaches to meet their technical constraints.
- Provide strategic recommendations to partners.
Requirements
- Experience in quantitative and statistical analysis, with a strong knowledge of clustering methods.
- Proficiency in tools: Python, SQL, Tableau, R.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Proactive and creative approach to data analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
