Business Software Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Application Specialist to join our team at Hendrix Genetics BV. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our business applications.

• Support and maintain business applications, collaborating closely with our business teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical assistance to our global production team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to perform their duties efficiently.
• Develop and maintain expertise in database management tools, selected based on the company's needs.
• Design, develop, and implement reports to meet the company's requirements.
• Manage and execute projects related to information technology, as needed.
• Work independently and productively as part of an international team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and the global team responsible for implementing applications.
• Be available for travel (locally and internationally) for projects and support work.

We're looking for someone with:

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Significant experience as a Business Application Specialist.
• Experience in database programming and SQL programming.
• Proficiency in a programming language (C#, JAVA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
