Pharmacovigilance Case Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized pharmacovigilance assistance to the team, focusing on the evaluation, analysis, and inquiry of safety reports.
- Conduct medical assessments of post-marketing cases as designated.
- Act as the Operations lead for designated post-marketing clients.
- Oversee case management operations, ensuring adherence to case processing timelines and target KPIs.
Educational Requirements:
Degree in Pharmacy
Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance case processing.
- Experience with pharmacovigilance databases.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Vigilance Practice (GVP).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Language Proficiency:
- French (Native / Bilingual / Full Professional)
- English
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Additional Skills and Experience:
Prior experience in conducting medical reviews of post-marketing cases is advantageous.
