Job Description

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Owner to join our team. As a key member of our LATIS program, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct implementation and evolution of our JD Edwards ERP Core Model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the ERP Functional Manager in ensuring the Veolia Water Technologies ERP Core Model is correctly implemented and evolved.
  • Contribute to the design, build, and testing of Core Model evolutions, coordinating with the development team as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of the Core Model.
  • Participate in domain meetings with third-party partners and Level 2 teams, preparing agendas, leading meetings, and circulating minutes.
  • Provide Level 3 support on Core Model and localizations, fixing setup issues and performing tests.
  • Coordinate with Business Process Owners and business key users to estimate workload, design, build, and test Core Model enhancements and localizations.
  • Review and validate application management provider estimations for deliverables.
  • Ensure LATIS consistency with business process evolution, participating in the Business User Community and providing regular feedback on LATIS domain.
  • Actively participate in Veolia Water Technologies annual events, such as demos, presentations, and workshops.
  • Update the LATIS users website with relevant documentation.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge and practice of functional processes and JD Edwards modules.
  • Good functional knowledge of Finance JD Edwards modules.
  • Leadership, rigor, synthesis, patience, and pedagogy.
  • Good communication, team spirit, proactivity, curiosity, and aptitude to work on cross-domain topics.
  • Service-oriented, commitment to Business Units, and aptitude to work in an international and multi-actor environment.
  • English fluency, written and spoken, as the project language is English.
