In the realm of dielectric film extrusion, and under the guidance of the Process Manager, your role will be to deliver technical expertise for the production methodologies on manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance workshop efficiency through thorough analysis and strategic improvements.
- Implement technical and organizational modifications.
- Facilitate action plans and collaborative working groups.
- Spearhead the industrialization of innovative products by:
- Conducting experimental trials and calibrating production equipment settings,
- Overseeing internal validation phases in alignment with client expectations,
- Establishing production benchmarks,
- Evaluating and refining manufacturing processes with a focus on continuous enhancement,
- Suggesting process upgrades and aiding in the advancement of new machinery.
Educational Background:
Degree in engineering with a specialization in plastics, processes, packaging, or materials.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 5 to 7 years in an industrial capacity related to extrusion film or comparable processes (such as paper or flexible packaging).
- In-depth knowledge of plastics, mechanics, and automation principles.
- Competence in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean manufacturing).
- Proficient in English communication.
- Comfortable engaging with operational staff on a daily basis, showcasing diligence, energy, strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, open-mindedness, and effective communication skills.
