Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing advice and legal assistance on restructuring operations (in France or abroad - amicable or collective procedures): analysis and legal structuring of the assembly, drafting and/or negotiation of legal documentation (credit documentation and amendments, protocols, collateral documentation);
  • Carry out the legal processing of files in which the French or foreign counterparty is the subject of insolvency proceedings (advice, relations with the councils, with the procedural bodies);
