Our mission is to position our consultants on major industrial projects by responding to the technical, strategic, and organizational needs of our clients. Our activities focus on three pillars: technical assistance, project management, and the "Research & Innovation" pole. Our Research pole participates in the development of Industry 4.0 to enable our collaborators to understand future technologies and evolve our clients towards tomorrow's engineering. To consolidate our expertise and share our know-how, we have developed excellence centers based on our industry experts in various fields (Quality/BE/Logistics, etc.). These excellence centers contribute to the valorization of our consultants and enable us to showcase our teams to our clients through innovative approaches. We currently have offices in France (Lille, Lyon, and Nantes) and the Benelux (Brussels). Always driven by development perspectives, we aim to strengthen our international presence by opening new offices in the coming years. To support the super growth of our Lyon office, we are looking for a CDI Talent Acquisition Officer. Do you have boundless energy? Your Missions
- Collect the needs for skills and establish a strong relationship of trust with the business development managers.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify the best profiles. Surprise us with your sourcing.
- Perform pre-qualifications, conduct individual interviews, and provide an objective evaluation of candidates.
- Create and maintain a pool of candidates that you will nurture.
- Follow up on the process and evaluate the recruitment performance.
- Integrate new collaborators and establish a strong relationship of trust with the consultants.
- Participate in school relations.
These missions can be supplemented by the ideas you wish to implement. You will be guided and trained to successfully carry out these projects.

Requirements
- Hold a higher education degree in HR or commerce (minimum BAC+4).
- Have a first experience in recruitment.
- Be autonomous, curious, and proactive, able to manage your time and prioritize tasks.
- Be methodical and rigorous, with proven relational skills.
- Have a good analytical sense and an excellent team spirit.
