Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Release Train Engineer to join Airbus Helicopters SAS. As a key member of the Agile Release Train (ART), you will play a crucial role in facilitating ART events and processes, and supporting teams in delivering value for Connected Services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating PI Planning and PI Execution
  • Coaching the ART and optimizing flow
  • Improving relentlessly and driving continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of Agile and extended Scrum methodologies, as well as a Master's level knowledge of SAFe Scaled Agile methodology. You should also be a dynamic, proactive, and flexible team player with excellent facilitation, organization, and communication skills.

Apart from your technical expertise, you will also need to demonstrate a high level of autonomy, enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to lead by example.
