Les Petits Chaperons Rouges is seeking a dedicated and skilled Deployment Technician to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure across various regional offices and nurseries.
As a Deployment Technician, your primary responsibilities will encompass providing technical support to users, resolving IT-related issues, and assisting with the setup and configuration of IT equipment. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties, offering prompt and efficient solutions.
Your Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive technical assistance to users across various locations, addressing a wide range of issues related to Windows operating systems, Office applications, email, printers, and other business software.
- Manage incoming support requests through our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement and maintain IT infrastructure, including network configurations, hardware installations, and software updates.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs, and procedures to enhance user support and knowledge sharing.
- Travel regularly to regional offices and nurseries to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and common office applications.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with users and colleagues.
- A willingness to travel regularly to various locations.
