Job Title: Financial Crime Compliance Projects Coordinator

Join Société Générale Assurances as a Financial Crime Compliance Projects Coordinator and contribute to the development of a leading global player in sustainable mobility.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) related projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of AML KYC Monitoring Manager to drive and monitor FCC related projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate FCC related projects to continuously improve the framework, including KYC AML/TF Standards, TOM, screening framework, and other related initiatives.
  • Work with Ayvens IT/CPLE and Central teams to implement FCC tools in accordance with requirements.
  • Assist local correspondents on FCC local setup, including Group and local project lead.
  • Define project scope and stream organisation to address various run sub-topics, including QA, processes, tooling, control tower, IT, reporting, KPIs/KRIs, continuous improvement, norms, governance/comitology, and more.
  • Coordinate with the Risk & Compliance transformation team to ensure Compliance requirements are properly integrated in transversal projects and timely delivery for compliance projects.
  • Referent on Ayvens FCC projects, serving as a key contact point for countries and Ayvens IT/Compliance with respect to FCC tools.
  • Strong cooperation and alignment with SG Central compliance team, managing exemptions/precising SG requirements and joint cooperation to define roadmap in alignment with expectations on FCC tools.
Requirements
  • English mandatory.
  • Successful experience in an operational KYC/AML department in different functions.
  • Good knowledge of the regulatory and financial crime environment (KYC, S&E, AML).
  • Experience in operational Project Management roles.
  • Ability to propose solutions, direct decision making, and project implementation.
  • Management of stakeholders from different departments at different levels of the organization and ability to facilitate decision making.
  • Strong knowledge of SG Compliance environment.
  • Interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Positive and energizing attitude.
  • Knowledge of the leasing business is a plus.
  • Teamwork.
  • Ability to adapt.
Location

The position is based in Rueil-Malmaison (Hauts-de-Seine) or Amsterdam.
