Airworthiness Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airworthiness Leader to join our team at FLYING WHALES. As a key member of our Airworthiness & Safety department, you will play a crucial role in managing our certification team and coordinating the LCA60T certification project.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 5 airworthiness engineers, ensuring their activities are aligned with the project goals and objectives.
- Evaluate the performance of your team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them grow professionally.
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Graduate of an engineering school or Master's degree (BAC+5)
- At least 10 years' experience in certification and first managerial experience
- Familiarity with aircraft type certification processes and certification specifications
- Strong organizational and pedagogical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A stake in the capital
