We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Coty, a leading beauty company in the fragrance and cosmetics industry. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Chinese platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives and campaigns.
- Coordinate content production with agencies to create visually appealing materials.
- Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities and trends.
- Partner with influencers to expand brand reach.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for integration of social media initiatives.
- Maintain brand values and consistency in communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of luxury brand social media management experience.
- Creative skills and knowledge of social media trends.
