Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Domitys. As a key member of our residence care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residence, equipment, and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and painting, within the residence and apartments.
• Maintain outdoor spaces, including gardens and green areas.
• Act as a liaison between the residence management, external contractors, and the property manager to ensure smooth maintenance and upkeep of the residence.
• Monitor and manage your budget for purchases and external personnel costs.

Requirements

• Strong affinity with seniors and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in maintenance equipment, knowledge of gardening, and electrical certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
