Apprenticeship in Carbon Capture Standardization

As a Carbon Capture Standardization Apprentice, you will be part of our Decarbonization Solutions Business Line, working closely with our Commercial team to support clients in developing and deploying innovative solutions for industrial decarbonization.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze and evaluate current processes and procedures for carbon capture plants to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement standardization strategies to ensure consistency across the plant.
- Collaborate with the wider business team, sales teams, innovation and technology teams, and engineering teams to integrate changes into overall operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of changes and make adjustments as necessary.
- Quantify the impact of standardization on cost, schedule, and performance for different geographies and applications.
- Baccalaureate level +4/+5.
- Business school or double degree business/engineering school.
- Soft skills: data management, attention to detail, visual data presentation, strong written and verbal communication, time management, and oral and written proficiency in English.
- Digital skills: use of standard applications from the MS Office suite, experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, knowledge of carbon capture plant operations and processes, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology.
