As a pharmacist manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic management of our pharmacy. About the Role:

We are looking for a pharmacist with a strong background in pharmacy management to take charge of our pharmacy in Fougères. As a pharmacy director, you will be responsible for supervising a team of three sales representatives, including one specialized in naturopathy and aesthetics, who also handles orders. The sales floor spans 213 square meters, offering a wide range of products and allowing the structure to propose a comprehensive selection of goods.

You will coordinate schedules, manage stock and reordering, while maintaining a high level of customer service and consultation. Your employment contract will include 216 working days per year. You will work from 9am to 7pm. For this position, you will receive a monthly gross salary of €3,800, negotiable based on your profile.
