At Ecolab, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety Auditor to join our team. As a Food Safety Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations. You will also consult, coach, and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations
- Consult, coach, and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices
- Work with account management teams to resolve client challenges
- Perform a budgeted number of audits weekly that ensures high customer satisfaction
- Access and leverage industry leading food safety practices and ongoing, active monitoring of health inspection information
- Provide accurate reporting and ensure effective customer communication and relationships
Requirements:
- Completed bachelor's degree in food science related subject
- Food safety certifications preferred, such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC or NEHA (RS, REHS or CP-FS) credentials
- Retail food safety experience and reviews of brand standards
- Teaching or coaching experience in a food related field
- Strong relationship management and advanced consulting skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Able to work effectively without supervision, demonstrate initiative, common sense and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines
