Work Environment:

AXA Group Headquarters serves as the hub for our corporate functions, providing strategic guidance and support to our global subsidiaries. This ensures the effective implementation of our overarching strategy, adherence to established standards, and the sharing of best practices across the organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
    • Define and uphold technical roadmaps for distributed infrastructures (Windows, Linux, VMWare, Network).
    • Evaluate and validate technical architecture and decisions in accordance with AXA entity requirements.
    • Develop and maintain Technical IT procedures (Change Management, Technical Debt, etc.).
  • Governance:
    • Participate in and support technical governance meetings (ASB, GLAC, etc.).
    • Lead the Change Management Board for GIE 3.
  • Infrastructure and Cloud Oversight:
    • Manage incidents related to local infrastructure.
    • Oversee technical debt across all platforms.
    • Conduct remediation and patching tasks in line with AXA's standard baselines.
  • Change Management:
    • Oversee the Change Advisory Board for AXA GIE with subject matter experts (Security, Workplace, Architecture).
    • Review and assess normal and standard changes along with their impacts.
    • Generate and distribute reports.
    • Assist users with Change Methodology and processes.
  • IT for IT:
    • Serve as the owner and support for tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
    • Contribute to new projects within GIE focusing on local infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and container technologies (OpenShift, OpenPaaS).
  • IT Skills Development:
    • Oversee technical interview processes for positions.
    • Provide ongoing technical support for Project Managers (SSL certificates, DNS, domain names whitelisting, SSO deployment, etc.).
