Aerospace Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist

We offer a motivating work environment with exciting projects and are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist.
This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and assuring that supplier-produced Aero-Engine parts meet customer requirements and engine build schedules.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, production planning, and quality operations, as well as knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French.
This position involves working with multiple projects, interacting with various departments, and traveling up to 70% of the time. The successful candidate will be able to drive change and improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assure supplier-produced Aero-Engine parts meet customer requirements and engine build schedules.
- Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints to develop improvement and mitigation plans.
- Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, and quality operations.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including forging, casting, assembly, machining, and special processes.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French.
- Ability to drive change and improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
