In this capacity, you will engage in thorough assessments, collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, and deliver essential care to individuals in need.
Main Duties:
- Conducting home visits to assess patient needs and provide appropriate interventions.
- Working in partnership with various healthcare entities and professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administering somatic care and managing crisis situations effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the fields of psychiatry and geriatrics.
