Your Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Financial Compliance Specialist with a strong background in accounts receivable and vehicle return processes to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review contracts, including lease agreements and service contracts with external debt recovery agencies, ensuring they are robust and protect the organization against client insolvency and vehicle non-return.
  • Ensure all contracts and internal policies comply with legal standards and industry regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal teams regarding contract terms and procedures associated with accounts receivable and vehicle returns.
  • Support the accounts receivable operations by following up with overdue clients and managing relationships with external debt collection agencies.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel and debt collection agencies to navigate complex legal matters related to accounts receivable and vehicle returns.
  • Represent the organization in legal proceedings concerning accounts receivable and vehicle returns when necessary.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master of Laws or equivalent postgraduate degree in law.
  • Knowledge of consumer protection legislation, with a preference for familiarity with French regulations.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required; proficiency in German is advantageous.
  • Experience in the automotive or digital sectors is beneficial.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams.
