About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Release Manager to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a Release Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of software releases in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the content of different releases.
  • Ensure that all prerequisites have been respected before being promoted to pre-production and production.
  • Work closely with different teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure that software release activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
  • Manage risks and resolve any issues that affect the software release scope, schedule, and quality, ensuring that the product meets business requirements and is delivered with high customer satisfaction.
  • Structure and coordinate teams with respect to Agile methodologies used on different products.
Requirements:
  • Proven successful experience as a Release Manager.
  • Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Work in IT infrastructure/security projects context.
