Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in preparing meeting calendars and materials
  • Organize and coordinate corporate activities, including quarterly meetings and annual general shareholders meetings
  • Provide assistance in translating documents and handling administrative tasks
  • Perform legal research and analyze information
  • Review and monitor new and updated regulations
  • Coordinate with legal advisors and maintain corporate minute books
  • Maintain and update corporate organizational charts and governance documents

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of legal studies and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Financial services background and experience working on international matters
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
