Job Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Coordinates maintenance activities on-site for which he is accountable,

- Provides technical assistance to the planning team for job preparation within his area of expertise.

- Collaborates with specialists engaged under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),

- Ensures adherence to the COMPANY's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, particularly regarding Work Permits, as well as approved operational procedures and standard industry practices during maintenance tasks under his oversight,

- Manages maintenance interventions through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), reviews intervention reports in the CMMS (including those related to SMC), and composes technical reports pertinent to his domain,

- Monitors the performance of utilities and equipment for which he is responsible,

- Facilitates knowledge transfer through mentoring within his teams, actively participating in this process,

- Executes any interventions within his area of expertise as requested by the Facility Management Services (FMS).

- Takes responsibility for the systems under his care in the event of a malfunction until normal operation is restored.

Maintenance Strategies

- Identifies recurring corrective maintenance issues, analyzes them, and proposes enhancements,

- Maintains a critical perspective on existing preventive maintenance programs and suggests improvements as necessary,

- Alerts support teams regarding any persistent issues related to the availability or quality of spare parts,

- Proposes enhancements and requests modifications as needed.

Quality Control

- Assesses the quality of his teams' work through regular on-site inspections,

- Ensures that team members possess the necessary qualifications and skills for their assigned tasks and recommends corrective actions if required.
Purpose
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations within his area of expertise.

- Guarantees that maintenance tasks under his supervision are executed in strict compliance with the COMPANY's current safety protocols and operational procedures, as well as standard industry practices, ensuring the quality of maintenance operations conducted on-site by the CONTRACTOR.

- Ensures a high level of equipment availability on production sites for which he is responsible.

- Plays a crucial role in skill transfer to training personnel through on-site mentoring.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

Minimum of 10 years in a relevant field.
