About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Delegate to join our team at Uptoo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detect and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing our existing customer relationships.
  • Act as a technical expert for our product range, providing guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy, including a rigorous visitation plan, to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Optimize the rotation of our products in stores, ensuring effective referencing and commercial agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, with a strong presence on the ground.
  • Prepare and present compelling offers, including detailed proposals and pricing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular sales reports.
Requirements
  • Proven commercial experience in a related field (TP, concrete, construction).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong focus on sales and marketing.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to create detailed sales reports.
