About the Job

This role is part of our Platform team, which consists of 6 platform and DevOps experts. The team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and automating our Wiremind Platform infrastructure and related tools, following modern Cloud Native standards like orchestration with Kubernetes, Service Mesh, and MLOps like Argo Workflow.

As a member of the team, you will contribute to the Platform improvements, learn to design and implement new architectures with the guidance of a Senior SRE, improve the architecture of Wiremind projects, analyze and troubleshoot infrastructure-related problems, and train Software Engineers to embrace the DevOps culture and the Platform tools.

Requirements

You have a good general culture in software engineering, system engineering, and computer science, and have an interest in discovering new technologies. You have the following skills:

  • Knowledge of orchestration, automation, CI/CD, and instrumentation technologies.
  • At least one programming language mastered, such as Python, Java, Go, or Rust.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and software architecture.
  • Ability to automate and troubleshoot system administration-related problems.
  • Good communication skills to guide technical and workflow change management across different teams.
