Operational Quality Assurance Specialist - Fixed-term contract (M/F)

Our Laboratory Unither site specializes in the production of preservative-free multidose and sterile unit doses, employing a workforce of over 350 individuals.

Your Role

As a member of the Operational Quality Assurance team, reporting to the Operational Quality Assurance Manager, you will be tasked with:

  • Providing quality guidance to operational personnel in the field (Managing discrepancies, assisting with quality-related challenges in production, delivering theoretical training for staff, etc.)
  • Conducting investigations into minor and major deviations and collaborating with operational staff to implement suitable corrective measures,
  • Performing thorough reviews of batch records to ensure their technical compliance prior to release,
  • Monitoring batch start-ups and ensuring adherence to operational controls,
  • Serving as a backup for batch start-ups for Operational Quality Assurance Assistants.

Your Profile

  • Minimum Bac +2 level in Quality or Production, with relevant experience preferred,
  • Methodical, meticulous, organized, and possessing a strong quality-oriented mindset,
  • Excellent pedagogical and communication abilities.
