Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute communication strategies for cognitive solutions within the organization.
  • Assist in the rollout of cognitive solutions through comprehensive change management initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to highlight the significance of change management for the effective adoption of cognitive solutions.
  • Facilitate dialogue between end-users and project teams to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Work alongside UX specialists to craft user journeys that enhance experience.

Qualifications We Seek:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in change management or a related discipline. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Capacity to adapt to diverse contexts and user needs, coupled with a creative and innovative approach. Familiarity with the banking, insurance, or telecommunications sectors is advantageous. Proficiency in office software and English is required.
