About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join our team at Meritis. As a PMO Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by providing expert support and guidance to project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track key project metrics and indicators
- Produce regular project status reports and updates
- Develop and maintain project documentation and records
- Support project teams with project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and workshops
Requirements
- Hold a degree in engineering or a related field (Bac+5)
- Have 3-6 years of experience in a PMO role
- Be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a proven track record of project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required
