The Lead Security Consultant - Microsoft and Symantec DLP will be responsible for the following:
- Developing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and guidelines in alignment with the organization's requirements. Overseeing the performance of agents, servers, and users on the Symantec DLP system. Conducting monitoring tasks on the EU DLP infrastructure.
- Documenting incidents and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Articulating the product vision to team members and relevant stakeholders. Adhering to the product roadmap and communicating updates to stakeholders. Engaging in product governance with the organization (expectations, satisfaction).
- Enhancing customer and business value through the team's accomplishments. Regularly updating the backlog based on business and stakeholder priorities.
- Ensuring the product is managed comprehensively in accordance with organizational standards (Project/Program, Build, Run, and Continuous Improvement).
- Complying with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices to enhance product development and delivery. Assisting with product promotion and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant positions, with a focus on DLP technologies.
- Robust cybersecurity background with significant experience in Microsoft and Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and managing Symantec DLP systems.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication skills for sharing product vision and engaging stakeholders.
- Capability to enhance customer and business value through product achievements.
- Master's degree in computer science is required.
- Proficiency in both English and French is essential.
