Expectra, a leader in specialized temporary work and permanent recruitment in France, is seeking a dedicated professional for a key role within our client’s organization. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (f/h).

Position Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring complete satisfaction while contributing to the growth of the spare parts sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process quotes and orders based on information received through the request management system or direct communication with clients.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships through high-quality telephone support.
  • Track assigned requests and take necessary actions to meet commitments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information entered into the ERP system (delivery times, shipping addresses, customer accounts) and oversee the process until delivery.
  • Generate invoices and credit notes, and manage returns related to spare parts sales.
  • Provide clients with updates regarding their ongoing orders.
Contract Details

This position is offered as a temporary assignment.

Candidate Profile

With a Bac+2 qualification, you have a proven track record in a customer service or support role.

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Proficiency in English or Spanish would be an advantage.
