Mission

Vous serez chargé de la réalisation de missions de due diligence financière et de missions de restructuring sur des entreprises en difficulté. Vous participerez à l'analyse de la situation financière, à l'analyse de prévisions de trésorerie, à la modélisation d'hypothèses de travail, à la revue critique ou à l'élaboration de business plan.

Compétences requises
  • Titulaire d'une formation supérieure en école de commerce, université ou Science Politique
  • Expérience de 6 ans minimum dans un cabinet de conseil en transactions services ou restructuring
  • Maitrise de la comptabilité et des techniques financières
  • Connaissance de l'anglais (écrit et oral)
  • Curiosité, rigueur, agilité, autonomie, proactivité, esprit de synthèse et capacité à travailler en équipe
