Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including merchandise receiving and stocking, non-sales departmental work, and multi-store non-sales operations activities.
- Support the Store Manager in coordinating new store openings, payroll/incentive plans, event planning, and contest planning and promotion.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure that the store is meeting its sales and customer service targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
