Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Financial Department. As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing client payments, analyzing payment delays, negotiating solutions with clients, and preparing legal documents when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Analyze payment trends and identify potential issues or delays.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Prepare legal documentation related to debt recovery when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on all accounts receivable activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly related to accounts receivable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
