We are currently on the lookout for **Healthcare Assistants (H/F)** to join our team in Carcassonne on an **interim basis**. If you are dedicated to offering support and care to individuals with disabilities, we have a variety of assignments available across different environments. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting and supporting individuals with disabilities
• Engaging in a range of activities
• Collaborating with both children and adults facing various disabilities

This role necessitates a **degree or equivalent qualification** in a relevant discipline, along with the following competencies:

• Understanding of the healthcare and caregiving sector
• Teamwork capabilities
• Conflict resolution skills
• Effective communication and writing abilities
