Job Overview
Your role is pivotal in safeguarding and enhancing the health of children aged 0 to 6 and their families across various settings. You will engage in preventive measures and the protection of vulnerable minors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist families through home visits and counseling within a preventive and supportive parenting framework.
- Conduct paramedical and psychosocial interventions, including routine and specialized care, vaccinations, educational initiatives, and developmental stimulations.
- Participate in the assessment, monitoring, and regulation of early childhood care facilities.
- Engage in the prevention and evaluation of concerning information regarding at-risk children, collaborating with social workers and educational specialists.
- Foster and maintain collaborative partnerships.
- Organize and lead health education initiatives.
- Manage patient records and contribute to the organization of services.
Candidate Profile
You should possess a State Diploma in Nursing/Pediatrics, ideally with experience in Maternal and Child Health Services, and a strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration.
Desired Skills
Your understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing health and social services, particularly those related to early childhood care, will be essential in your daily responsibilities.
Working Conditions
- This is a full-time position.
- Work will be conducted at the Departmental Solidarity Center.
Compensation
Civil servants will be classified under Category A of the public health and social sector. Salary will be determined based on experience for non-civil servants, with additional family supplements available for those with dependents.
