  • Serve as the lead financial expert regarding financial closing, budgeting, cost accounting, analyses, and financial reporting for the organization.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to ensure sustainable forecasts and mitigate risks.
  • Responsible for full P&L and balance sheet, with a focus on cash flow, ensuring timely cash collection and strict cash out surveillance.
  • Lead the global company-wide integrated 5-year business planning process and collaborate with operations and finance teams.
  • Analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying key variances and business trends to provide strategic counsel to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and drive aggressive business derisking strategies.
  • Enhance the standardized monthly reporting process to support staff-level management and ensure compliance with US GAAP requirements.
  • Support corporate internal and external financial reporting & analytics, and oversee and monitor budgets and capital spend.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including performance reviews, coaching, and guidance.
