• Child Development and Education
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Parent and Family Support
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and families through regular communication and updates
  • Provide guidance and support to parents on child development and education
• Childcare and Well-being
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children through a safe and nurturing environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote healthy habits and self-care practices
• Team Collaboration and Professional Development
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment

• Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in early childhood education and care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
