About the Role
The Centre Hospitalier de Grasse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our medical imaging team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our radiology department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the radiology department, including staff management, patient flow, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including patient data and radiology reports.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in healthcare or equivalent.
- Experience in radiology or a related field.
